DIAMOND COMICS FILES CHAPTER 11 BANKRUPTCY -
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR OUR CUSTOMERS -
ESSENTIALLY WE HAVE CONVERTED and PRE-ORDERED ALL PUBLISHERS TITLES OFFERED CURRENTLY NOT EXCLUSIVE to DCD at other DISTRIBUTORS SHIPPING FEB 2025, therefore we should see no interruption in service or titles on shelves or in Subscription Boxes.
AS OF FEB 1st ALL NON DCD PUBLISHERS INCLUDING MARVEL COMICS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON WEDNESDAYS WHEN DOORS OPEN. We highly recommend Visiting the Store on Wednesday’s whenever possible.
BOOM, DYNAMITE, TITAN, UDON & ZENESCOPE + a few Smaller Publishers remain Exclusive at DCD and will continue to be Distributed as far as we know by DCD until further notice and will continue to be Stocked by both CC Stores.
SUBSCRIPTION MEMBERSHIP POLICY UPDATE -
EFFECTIVE FEB 15th 2025
SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERED TO ANY NEW SUBSCRIBERS UNLESS SIGNED UP BY FEB 15th 2025. NO NEW SUBSCRIPTION BOXES WILL BE OFFERED, OPENED or SERVICE MADE AVAILBLE AT EITHER CC STORE LOCATION AFTER FEB 15th 2025 UNLESS BOX IS ACTIVE NOT DELINQUENT.
EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION BOXES WILL REMAIN OPEN INDEFINITELY AND BE SERVICED NORMALLY UNLESS CANCELLED.
CANCELLED BOXES WILL NO LONGER BE REOPENED, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Steps for Members that haven’t used it before here -
1. Register with your Email & Box #
2. Retrieve Email and Enter Activation Code on our Site.
3. Sign In and Add Titles or Adjust the Titles You are Subscribed to.
4.Pick Up & Purchase ALL Comics In your Subscription Box at the Store at least once every 2 weeks. (14 Days) Customer Advantage - Wednesday’s Preferred.
2024 UPDATE/REVISION/EXPLANATION
*Weeks 1-2 = Subscribed Titles Added Held in Box.
*Week 3 = Subscribed Titles Added/Held in Box. Subscription Membership Suspended/Paused.
*Week 4 = No Subscribed Titles Added to Box.
Weeks 1-3 Titles Held in Box for Pick Up.
Subscription Membership Cancelled/Deleted.
*Week 5 + Weeks 1-4 ALL Titles Returned to Shelves.
Subscription Members should monitor time between visits, we suggest using Google Calendar or Smartphone Reminders and coming in on Wednesdays if possible to take advantage of Wednesday Bucks Punch Card to have the best access to #NewComicsWednesday New Releases.
*Please make sure ALL Subscription Membership Information is Up to Date, Email, Phone Contact Info. *No Exceptions. Communication and efforts will be made to relay Subscription delinquency to customers twice, by Email and then by Phone. CC Staff Not Responsible for Subscribed Titles missing from Delinquent Boxes that are Suspended or Cancelled.
SIDE NOTE, WHEN REQUESTING TITLES or ADDING TITLES ONLINE for TITLES COMING OUT ON A WEDNESDAY, ALL TITLES MUST BE ADDED TO BOXES ON SUNDAY EVENING AT the VERY LATEST AS WE GENERATE OUR MASTER PULL LIST EARLY MONDAY MORNINGS. TITLES ADDED THE WEEK BEFORE RELEASE ARE NOT GUARANTEED to be AVAILABLE AS ALL NEW COMICS TITLES ARE PRE-ORDERED BY YOUR LOCAL COMIC SHOP 45-60 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
